Whispering Pines and Carthage are both located in Moore County, North Carolina. Carthage is the county seat. The village of Whispering Pines was founded in 1959 and incorporated by the N.C. General Assembly in 1969. These towns are filled with a variety of proud residents who enjoy the special features such as the eight lakes and three championship golf courses.
